Erewash Economic Regeneration Strategy

The first ever Erewash Economic Regeneration Strategy has been adopted following consultation with Erewash Residents, businesses and interested stakeholders.

The Erewash Economic Regeneration Strategy will help us to understand the issues the Erewash economy face and to coordinate the actions and activities of Erewash Borough Council and our partners. The strategy will address these issues and improve the local economy and the wider region throughout the East Midlands.

Economic Development and Regeneration will continue to play an important part in shaping the future of Erewash. It is important to recognise that we all have a responsibility to ensure the Borough has a prosperous and inclusive economic environment where businesses can invest and grow and people want to live, work, and visit.

Input from local businesses, interest groups and residents has been vital to help us ensure that this strategy is right, relevant and tackles the issues faced by our economy.
