Personal Treatment Licences
We issue licences for the following types of personal treatment:
- Acupuncture
- Cosmetic piercing (e.g. ear, body)
- Electrolysis
- Tattooing
- Semi-permanent skin colouring
For the above you are required to complete 2 applications. One for the person who would carry out the procedures and one for the premises. These are available for you to download below. The current fee for 2008-2009 is £112.90 per registration. Please note the fee increases on 1st April each year (please contact us if the current year's fee is not displayed).
